Article I — Commission Structure
The Terms Are Simple.
Base Referral Commission
Partners earn $40 per confirmed residential job and $120 per confirmed commercial job referred through the Shield program. Commission is triggered upon job completion and payment collection by the operator.
Volume Bonus Tiers
Partners who refer 5 or more jobs in a calendar month earn a 15% bonus on all commissions that month. Partners who refer 12 or more jobs in a calendar month earn a 25% bonus. Bonuses are calculated and applied at month close.
Recurring Customer Credit
When a referred customer books a second job within 12 months, the referring partner receives a $20 recurring credit — no additional action required. This applies indefinitely for the life of the customer relationship.
Rate Lock Guarantee
Commission rates are locked at the time of enrollment and guaranteed for 24 calendar months. Shield may increase rates during this period but will never reduce them for enrolled partners.

Article II — Payment Terms
Payout Structure.
Payout Timeline
All commissions are processed on a Net-30 basis from the date the referred job is confirmed complete. Partners receive an itemized payout statement by email on the 1st of each month covering all jobs completed the prior month.
Payout Methods
Partners may elect ACH direct deposit, physical check, Venmo Business, or Zelle as their payout method. Method may be changed with 14 days written notice. ACH is the recommended method for fastest processing.
Minimum Payout Threshold
Payouts are issued when the accumulated balance reaches $50 or more. Balances below $50 roll forward to the next period. There is no maximum payout cap.
Dispute Resolution
If a partner disputes a commission calculation, they must submit a written dispute within 30 days of the payout statement date. Shield will review and resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
